Shipping Timeline
All orders are pre-orders and will begin shipping between mid to late August 2025. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed. We currently ship to U.S. and select international locations.
Processing Times
Once inventory is in hand, please allow 2–4 business days for us to process, pack, and ship your order. During high-volume launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on the way. If you haven’t received tracking after the shipping window, please reach out to us at clarissedumenybusiness@gmail.com
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.
